OakBend Medical Center’s Jackson Street Hospital Campus is the historical home of our hospital system. The Jackson Street campus is a full-service, acute care hospital, and is home to unique health care programs in Fort Bend County, including the only (and most advanced) Trauma Center – Level III, the only No Wait Emergency Room, the only Acute Care for the Elderly (ACE) Unit, the only hospital-based Senior Behavioral Health Unit, the only hospital-based Skilled Nursing Facility, and only permanently based air ambulance.
As the last remaining independent nonprofit hospital in the Greater Houston Area, our mission is to provide exceptional, compassionate health care for our community, regardless of ability to pay. Our commitment extends beyond our hospital doors as we parter with the community to ensure a healthy future for generations to come.
