May 2 – Stepping Out Against Stroke 3K
Did you know May is National Stroke Month? Help us raise awareness at OakBend Medical Center’s Stepping Out Against Stroke 3K on Saturday, May 2, 2015 at 8:30am. We’ll be celebrating our 7th straight year of receiving the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association Get With the Guidelines Gold Plus Award for Stroke. May 16 – OakBend Medical Center’s Run to Attack Poverty 5K
Run for a reason at the OakBend Medical Center Run to Attack Poverty 5K and KidK on May 16, 2015. This family-friendly event includes a chip-timed certified 5K Run/Walk and a Kids 1K at the North Richmond Neighborhood Research Center. After the race, join us for other festivities which include a health and fitness fair, food, music and activities for the kids. All proceeds will benefit Attack Poverty. May 16 – OakBend Medical Center’s 65th Birthday Bash
This year marks OakBend Medical Center’s 65th anniversary. We hope you will join us in celebrating this milestone at a community Birthday Bash on May 16, 2015.
