Isabela Casas was the first baby born in 2012 at OakBend Medical Center, Richmond. Baby Casas was born at 3:03 am on January 1, 2012. Department Director, Jannice Phillips is shown here presenting Isabela's mother, Maria Isabela Casas with a special gift presented to OakBend's first baby of the year.
