Our quick and easy sports physical prepares kids (of all ages) for all kinds of sports.

We will perform a thorough exam including
  • a total review of your health history
  • a complete review of your immunizations to ensure that they are up to date
  • a simple series of tests to determine if you are able to safely participate in typical sports-related activities
  • providing you with sports safety and education tips
The goal of OakBend Medical Center Sports Physical is to
  • determine that you are in general good health
  • assess your present fitness level
  • detect conditions that predispose you to new injuries
  • evaluate any existing injuries
  • detect congenital anomalies that increase risk of injury

Sports Physicals are available at all of our OakBend Medical Group offices.
