Minimum Education

Graduate of an accredited Nursing program:  BSN preferred.

Minimum Work Experience

Two years clinical experience, preferable on the unit, which the Registered Nurse take the charge responsibilities.

Required Licenses/Certifications

Current licensure in Texas as a Registered Nurse current BLS or OakBend Managing Code Program.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

Advance Cardiac Life Support training within first year of employment.  Demonstrated leadership ability and critical thinking skills required.  Excellent communication skills.  Computer skills.
